I am extremely excited to have received The Stars of New York Dance scholarship. Dance is an outlet for me to express myself and help others find their happiness. It has increased my confidence, determination and made me more responsible.

Iā€™m so grateful to be a scholarship recipient. I have been able to receive quality dance training and develop my art and craft. To me, dance is a moment of freedom and a chance for me to be seen and express myself. I can express my serious side, my joyful side, my artistic side and even my goofy side. Dance will always be my passion.

You Make It Possible

With you support, The Stars of New York Dance is able to impact the lives of children by:

  1. Giving children access to high-quality dance and arts education regardless of their circumstances and means
  2. Challenging and overcoming the negative effects of urban risks - crime, drugs, truancy and gangs - that plague children from underserved neighborhoods
  3.  Building character, inspiring creativity and helping children reach their full potential

Together, we can transform children's lives.
